Refund policy

Card payments

• Ask within 14 days of any charge and you get a full refund of that charge, no reasons required.
• Card payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so the refund travels back through Paddle to the payment method you used.
• After 14 days, cancelling stops all future charges and Plus runs to the end of the period already paid. Partly used periods are not refunded beyond the promise above.

Crypto payments

A crypto top-up is a single on-chain payment for 30 days of Plus, in whichever coin you pick at checkout. Once confirmed it is final and not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing recurs, so there is never a charge to cancel.

Right of withdrawal

Plus is a digital service that starts the moment the payment lands, with your agreement. Under EU rules you keep a 14 day right of withdrawal for card purchases, and the promise above is how it works here: ask within 14 days, receive the money back.

Write to privacy@playlogiku.com from your account email, or reply to the Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the request. The rest of the small print lives in the Terms of service.
